My 11 year old daughter ordered an ipod and my mom and I also bought 2 digital cameras online thru techquest deal over a month ago. They said they were being shipped out the following day.

Since then I have tried to contact them numerous times via. email and phone and they do not respond back. Their website is no longer up and running either.

Techquest required me to purchase a green dot money pak. They took our money, which included my daughters hard earned summer allowance. Please help us get our money back. Cotti in Billings, MT
