The Camera Professionals total customer rip-off New York Nationwide

On their website they state that you can buy a Canon HV20 Camcorder for $399.

Then they would tell you on the phone that the camera actually would come without any battery, charger, so you´d have to buy a bundle package that includes ALL you´d need to use the camera, included the case for $680.

When I received the "bundle package", it didn´actually contain any of the promised things, no camera case, no DV cable, no tape, no memory card.

I did call the "company", and even succeeded talking to a sales representative (after 25 minutes waiting on the phone), she told me that there weren´t any of those things meant to be included in the offer. So those people do tell you you´d receive a product and after having payed for it, they would tell you that non of the promised things were included.
Fabulous.

A great customer rip-off.
