A week ago, I ordered Canon PowerShot Pro1 from thedigitalexpo.com/ because it was advertising a huge discount from all other vendors. However, after I placed the order and entered all my credit card info and contact information, it asked me to call their 800 number to confirm. I was immediately told that the product was not available and the guy asked me to buy other products from him.

I thought it was just a mistake. Yesterday, I searched another deal on Fuji FinePix S9000 on the internet, and again, digitalExpo came up first with a price of $329! I ordered it and AGAIN, after I enter my credit card info, it asked me to call them. and AGAIN the SAME guy was answering the phone. He said the product is not available, and asked to buy other stuff from them. He refused to give me additional information on his company and was very rude when I asked him about why they are still listing the products they do not have (which I ordered a week ago) and about why the second product I am trying to buy is again not available. I asked to talk to a manager, and he hanged up. I called again, it is the SAME guy!!!

When I searched the net about this company, I found out that digitalexpo.com has been listing those products at huge discounter for at least 3 weeks and others had exactly the same kind of experience from this company. Stupid me for not searching about the company before my orders.

Now I better watch my credit card statement for scams... :(
