Big Sandy Koa Campground Unjustly Through out my 65 year old parents called them low lifes and dead beats. So I want in to recieve my refund he told me to clean the site then refused my refund. Swanton Ohio

I went to Big Sandy Campground to have a fun day with my children and family. Ed who owns the campground called my sister a thief tried to charge her for her unborn baby. Then when my 65 year old father went into the office to pay his vistor cost Ed called my father a low life and a dead beat.

So after I had recieved a phone call from my mother crying that they were not aloud to come in. I walked to the office to talk to Ed as soon as I walked in he began to yell at me. I asked for a refund because I had only been there two hours. I had not even set up my tent. He told me to clean the site and he would go inspect it then he would refund my money.

After, I gathered my things and cleaned the site. I went back to the office he then yelled at me some more. And told me he would not refund my money after I totally cleaned my whole site!! I asked him why and he told me he didn't have to do anything for people like me and my father. And I don't know what he meant by that I do have a mixed son who is 4. Ed was intoxicated he was drinking Budwieser beer when I went into the office.

I am a single working mother of two and I am three months pregnant there was no drinking at my campsite. I paid for a campsite which I did not get to use and was lied to and humilated by the owner. It was unfair and unjust!!
