Big Timber Lake Campground Chip Menz Evacuated for Hurricane and didn't want to give a credit or refund......... cape may court house, New Jersey

Went to Big Timber lake campground for 2 years now traveling with family to enjoy time together. This year we w ere evacuated on Thursday losing 3 days of our trip. When we contacted Chip Menz, the owner we were told we had a 10 day special and those nights were free any way. Looking at my confirmation I had booked 14 days and there was no special! He flat out refused and hung upon me.  After speaking to my husband he had the confirmation in hand and called again. He was again speaking to the owner Chip Menz, after going over the details, Chip gets very aggitated and starts nit picking our stay, saying we had a tent on our site and we did not specify this, We traveled in a motorhome and had a tent like screenhouse so we could eat outside without the bugs. We try to explain this, also that this is our second year, us and other family members went there for our Holiday and we were told never to return!!  We are banned for asking for a credit or refund for nights we were forced to leave...  This man was arrogant and hostile, we were paying customers , we stayed for the length of our stay without incident, we were never told to remove this "tent", we don"t understand where the hostility came from. Chip has no business running a family campground.
