Scenic Bay RV park the company refused to refund our money when we cancelled our trip. The management has a 72 hr cancellation policy, we were well within in the time frame Bayview, Idaho

" Paul" From Scenic Bay Marina and RV park refused to refund $147.00 after we cancelled the reservation within their 72 hr time frame for cancellations.  I talked to "Paul" and told him that if I didn't get a refund I would take them to small claims court.  Paul found it amusing that someone would litigate for such a small amount, he then proceeded to tell me that he was insulated by the company.  If anyone reads this and has an RV stay away from this park.
