Wilderness Presidental Resort Camping Resort Spotsylvania, Virginia

   We join the resort in 1985 we signed a contract that said we could stay 120 nights. They say this is governed by Spotsylvania County. We just found out in 2010 that the number of nights is now 90 taking away 30 nights.

   The only way we found out was they messed up the number of nights we have stayed this year, saying we were at 59 when we were only there 13 nights we could only stay 90 nights we were shocked.                                                                 We brought in our paper work to show them they said they had the right to revise the rules and regulations at any time and they were not obligated to inform the owners of the changes. The 90 days are not even on the books in Spotsylvania Co.

      The revised changes are in the same color paper as the one we had so even if you saw the revisions you would'nt think anything of it. A good company would at least change the color of paper to alert you. They dont even have the revision out you have to know to ask for it. If you dont know they made revisions how would you know to ask for it.

   They know they are being disonest that is why they dont want you to be informed. Think about it 100 poeple they take away 30 nights . Think of all the new members they can bring in.

  Now we are really screwed because they have out sold this resort. So you know they really don't care they have moved on to sell at a nother resort.

    We need to band together and figure out what we can do. I can't belive there is nothing we can do.
