ARA Campground inc Laconner Wa Refuse to buy back orallow sale of camp ground membership, still have to pay maintenance fees La Conner, Washington

Joined ARA camp ground in La Conner, WA with the promis and understanding that any time after the initial contract time frame was over we could sell it back to ARA at the then rate of 60+% of What I paid for it. I Went to do that in 2009 and was told owner died, family sold it to major Corp. Back east some where. My wife and I met with them in Tacoma  and was told We could not sell it with out their written approval Nor would they buy it back since our agreement was with original ARA Owners. They did how ever offer to up-grade our program at a cost of several more thousands of dollars. And An Increase in "maintenance fees ARA said Maintenance fees would never change with out members approval. The Corp That bought ARA is a scam and a rip off I will sell it to any one who wants a beautiful RV site in La Conner WA for $1.00  who will guarantee in writing that they will payy the S110.-- maintenance fee. I No longer have A motor Home or trailer and do not need the grief thnew owners want to dispense.
