thesportsoutdoorstore.com - the sports outdoor store charged my account and NEVER shipped the items purchased Internet

I purchased 3 flashlights from this company on 4/22/09 for $107 via the internet site. I received an email a week or so later stating that they were on backorder and that the items should ship the beginning of May. That was the last I ever heard of them...its 11/12/09.

I contacted them via their provided cell phone but no answer. Left several messages but no one EVER returned my phone calls. I sent several emails requesting a refund if the items could not be delivered and NEVER received any replies.

Today I did a search for the website again to make another attempt at contacting them however, not to my surprise, the website no longer exists.

I'd like to say stay away from this company however, that is no apparently easy to do as they no longer exist.

If anyone has their address and other contact information please let me know as I have misplaced my documents.
