  Having fair credit my dealer said american general was only company willing to finance my truck they imediately tacked a high finance charge to the top of my loan
   Over the ast 3 years of paying my loan with americredit i have defered three payments at an additional upfront one time payment for the deferal which i found out it costing me more hidden fees
 Also these defered payments come due on my last payment with hidden charges late fees last payment and defered payments right at 5000. already and still 3 years to loan maturity

  In addition to this punishing blow they have reported me late on my loan to the credit reporting agencies on every defere ayment and recently because i didnt make the full payment have reported me as not paying 

  I seek relief from this criminal outfit and am open to all sugestions including eliminating this company 
  As its preditory lending practices should not go unpunished

They reported late payments because you made late payments! There are no "hidden fees" which you whine about either. The interest clock keeps running on the deferred payments because YOU chose not to make them on time. No ripoff here. You are crying because you did all this to yourself by not making your payments when due...which is your reputation otherwise a bank would have financed you instead of a subprime lender. And no, I don't work for them.
