Arcadia Financial ripoff Carol Stream Illinois

I had a vehicle financed through them and they said I had made my payments late when they were made on time. After awhile i got tired of the negative report on my credit and called them to come and pick up the vehicle. Their guy who came to get the vehicle cussed me out in front of my childern; in which in turn called corporate headquarters and did not get an apology from the company.

A few months later i had called to see what i owed on the vehicle and they would not speak to me because i was no longer had my married name and they refused to speak to me about the account. It is still showing on my credit as a large amount due on the account. And i have not recieved any resolution.
