I bought My Honda Odyssey from them. They advertise this car on craggiest NY for $18900. I went to buy it. they agree for me at $18600. The finance manager told me to finance it to buy for this price.I signed the contract for $18600 with $7800 down payment. It was Sunday about 9 PM. He rushed me to sign the paper because we are closing. I signed the paper and I was shocked when I saw the closing cost over $10000. I tod him I do not want it. He treats me if I do not buy it they will not refund my down payment of $7800 or I will be charge 35% of car price because I have approved for the loan.The charged me $1500 processing fee, $1800 for anti theft, $4280 FOR EXTENDED WARRANTY. $ 500 for 4 years number plate. NY state sale tax witch I understand.When I protest, The Manager said this the bank want , it is not my choice.I asked for a copy all these charges, He said I will get it by mail within a week but 6 months passed and keep calling them to give me itemized expense copy but they never gave it to me.I call the extended warranty co. if I can cancel the warranty, Driveredge extended co, sectary Tina told me I can cancel the warranty within 2 months with full refund.So I went back to Auto Palace and asked them to cancel my warranty because the told me I can cancel it within 2 months with full refund. Auto Palace canceled my extended warranty on Sept.22nd. Now they sent me a cancellation warranty check of $399 only while they charged me $4280. I am loosing over $3600. I contact Auto palace thousand time and made hundred trip but so far they do not cooperate. It is really a worst dealer. They charged me almost $10000 for financing $18600 with $7800 down payment.Yes They made 2 kind paper.one was $18600 plus $7800 down payment and one with $25600 dollars with tax and 4 years. Because He was rushing me due to closing time, I just sign what he said, I have no time to read.They gave me no paper at all as they promised.I do not know what to do.Any one can help me?They should be punished for this fraud.
