C.N.A.C./JD BYRIDER jd byrider went through my personal bills, can anyone tell me if this is legal jacksonville, Florida

My boyfriend and I purchased our truck through J.D Byrider back in 07. We have always payed up and here lately we have been behind with the fall of the economy. We have kept in touch with C.N.A.C and made any kind of payment we have been able. Today they called and my boyfriend told them it would be income tax before we could pay up we were behind on everything, rent, lights and those would come first. The gentleman on the phone someone got into our light company's bill website and loged into ours and told my boyfriend how much we payed and when the last payment we made was and that we had power still going to our house. He also told him that he could find anything out about us that he wanted. I am DEFFINITLY not comfotable knowing they can look at my bills or anything in my personal life. And I would realllly apperciacte if someone could help me out letting me know if they have the right to do this. I understand when you first go in they can look at things to approve you for a vehicle but its been 3 years and I don't understand how they can check up on me like this. If someone has any information that would be usefull to me I would GREATLY appreciate it. Thank you.
