Chase Auto Finance are horrible. I have contacted them via certified mail, return receipt, regarding incorrect information they are reporting on my credit. They did not reply, nor speak to me in any way. I contacted them two more times, and now, instead of updating the inaccurate information, they DELETED TWO YEARS of payment history. This cause my FICO to drop 72 points in ONE DAY! All of the negligence and lack of communication from CHASE caused me to lose my mortgage loan, based on the large FICO drop, and I am in shock.
I have called, emailed, faxed, and sent Certified mailings, only to be ignored completely.
The customer service is horrid. The law states that if they are going to report someone to the credit bureaus, they MUST report accurate information. To date they will not take my calls, and will not correct the errors.
