CHASE AUTO FINANCE Fraud Garden City, New York

We had a auto loan with Chase for our SUV. We lost our income in 2008 and Chase would not work with us. They stated to repossess the SUV in Jan. Their skip agency woud claim to be Law Enforcement and would call my entire family about the SUV. I wanted to sell it and was told no that it was written off by Chase. The repossession man took the auto and we tried to get documents and the auto tag back but they would hang up the phone. A bill came in from Chase's collection and they wanted $6500 on a $7500 loan and blue book value of the same for the SUV. After filing with the State, Chase clamed the auto was damaged and had high miles. And that it sold for less then a thousand. But they did NOT release any documents on the auction.

Chase just sent the state of Pa a copy of the loan agreement. First the SUV was repoed two months before Chase clames to have received it. If this is the SAME SUV it has $8000 more miles and now is Damaged. (I doubt that this is the Same SUV) I feel that the VIN was switched and up on a Cash for Clunker! Now after 4-5 months the SUV title/VIN and tag are still in our name. A carfax shows the SUV at auction 2-3 times and listed as fleet dealer. Now it is in a country town in the midwest! I tried to report his to state police but they wouldnt take it. Atty Geneal state sue Chase..But this appears to be more serious as fraud and auto theft of VIN switching.
