*Consumer Comment: they will still sue you after they repo the car

I am wore out from these people.
Of the 3.5 years of dealing with them I have not had the same account manager, ever. When I do have one that is genuinely decent to speak with, they conveniently disappear, not to be able to be contacted again.
This company has discussed my information with family members. They have threatened my family members and myself. I have been cursed, hung up on, threatened and screamed at.
I am well aware that my credit rating is poor and that is why the car dealership went with these people. That same dealership will no longer deal with CPS either. As it stands, since my credit is so poor, it won't bother me much to file a bankruptcy on CPS.
I am done. I am sick of being stressed out and worried over a company that can not treat people with a small amount of courtesy. Never in my lifetime of being a consumer have I had ANY company treat me so poorly and I have dealt with my share.
I am seeking out an attorney in Kentucky willing to deal with this company. Today's totally uncalled for phone message was the last. I will no longer lose sleep over this.
Come and get this vehicle and then eat the BR-CPS!

The only reason they are contacting you is because YOU aren't making payments on time, everytime which YOU agreed to do.
The only reason they are contacting your references is because YOU aren't communicating with them.
But I see...its all their fault.
Contact any attorney you wish. Maybe one of them will be kind enough to tell you how finance works and making on time payments isn't "an option" but a requirement.
You were subprime going into this deal and here we are into it and you are continuing your subprime ways. You turn on or turn off the collections activities.
Don't you think now might be the time to turn this around and start making your payments on time like you PROMISED you would?
Don't have enough money coming in to do that? That's a simple fix...you get a part time job. That's what an adult does.

Jim
are you the adult type you a referring to? Your eloquent response reminds me very much of the unprofessionalism at CPS.
Get over yourself already. The company crosses the line with every one
of their consumers and everyone who works there knows it. The sad thing
is, not one of these people chose your company and the dealerships that
used you, no longer do. How long will you receive your bonus check at that rate.
Your practices are out of line, the consumer law backs it up, the lawsuits prove it.
Grow up

Sorry, Jim is 100% correct.
Grow up and be responsible your bills like a "grown up" instead of whining about companies trying to get you to meet your obligations.
Now you're talking about trying to screw them even more by declaring bankrupt.
You should be ashamed of yourself but I'm sure you still don't get it.

That the previous comment is from an employee from CPS. I have observed other Rip Off Reports towards CPS and the same CPS Employee is copying and pasting the same wording, as stated above.

They are doing it to me. Eventhough I voluntarily surrendered it and it was auctioned off. Now, two years later, they are taking me to court and threatening to garnish my wages. You might want to think twice about letting them repo it. They will not go away, trust me on this
