The company constantly calls my job after I have told them no to I have told them if they have a problem then call my cell but not my job. BUt I dont even be late on the account. They call my job ad telloff my supervisors and and threaten me saying I am going to lose my vehicle and my job all in the same day. I work in a medical providing facility and they call more than 10 times a day. I have received text messages and all. They are rude and all. I use to make payment arrangements with the ahead of time for them to take my payments out of my account but they start taking payments out of my account every 10 days it was rediculous then they lied about it no one pays a truck not 3 to 4 times a month not even for a 100,00 vehicle. As soon as I find a lawyer to take this case I am going to sue I have saved all the text messages and my supevisors have written and signed notarized letters. CPS is horrible

My sister works for CPS in Maitland. She calls me crying all the time because the management treats the employees just as bad as they treat the consumers. She tells me how they say she is way to nice to be successful there. However, other employees clients call her to make payments bc she is nice.

She confirms that the reps will curse out the consumer and tell them that they are worthless. She also states that the supervisor called a hispanic man a Spic and told him that his performs falatio on him at night. This place is just disgusting ad should be closed down. Rest assured that they will get whats coming to them. Their colllecting has been down and they have lost contracts and ultimatley lost money.

In California and so stressed out from CPS, which my case is my car was totalled had full insurance, well I owed payments and now massive fees, why because they waited for months to close loan, which was paid off by my insurance accept small balance

anyhow the harrassing phonecalls, threats to garnish, name calling, accusing me of not paying bill, which in good faith on even sent small payments, they would not work with me... they are ratz...  anyhow for anyone else going thru the pain and paying or getting harrassed...  if these attorneys hopefully get more cases against CPS, then

hope for a change.. free case review... make sure have phone#'s, people calling names and anything else to support your claim of harrassment.   Krohn & Moss
