CRESCENT BANK AND TRUST WORST BANK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE FACE OF THIS EARTH!! NEW ORLEANS Louisiana

I recently purchased my irst car, and some say this is one of the best days to be able to say they own something, but not me. I refinaced my car about 2 weeks after purchase and then it took the bank until 2/28/2008 to get me all the paperwork so that I would know where to send the payment. About 2 days after getting the payment book a rude and very unpleasant woman by the name of Rose called and told mne that my first payment was late and that I needed to get it in ASAP or she was ging to turn my account over for further action.

She continued to call me everyday 2 and 3 times a day and say things like " It's in your best interest to contact me" and that was it. She would call me on my job and when I didn't answer there she would call my cell phone over and over again.

I have never in my 28 yrs of life dealt with someone so rude. She would cut me off when talking to her and she would talk over you when you finally got a word in. My payment is due on the 13th of every month and on the 14th she is calling me and threating to have my car reposed. I need to know if this is legal for her to call and harrass me so and to make threat like she does.

I have gotten to the point where I just mad as hel and wish I could refinace with someone else.
