Drive Financial Services Rip-off, cheat, steal Dallas Texas

So far, I have not had to deal with any of the lying and false reporting to credit agencies which I have read about in many of the other complaints, but I can confirm that this company takes advantage of good people.
This company charges me a 20% APR on a vehicle that I financed through them more than a year ago. My credit has a few bumps and bruises from things completely unrealated to what I was seeking financing for. Although its clearly shows all of my financing history (cars, rent and general living finances) are good; Never late, no reposessions, etc. my credit rating and score are ranked low due to some outstanding medical/hospital bills (and unfairly so I might add). Based on this and this alone, I pay an outrageous car payment for a very mediocre car.

Maybe my complaint should be geared more toward the power the credit reporting agencies have and how they are unrightfully able to control and ruin people's lives by forcing us to have to resort to companies like Drive Financial, but this company took clear advantage of someone who had a good financing history because they could and thats not right either.

I do not recommend them to anyone, regardless of how desperatly you may be in need of a vehicle like the rest of us, dont come here. Run fast in the other direction. Take your money and buy a car outright so you have no payments to worry about because these people will drain you dry. Cheating people, who may not have access to what they need any other way, out of their money is how they are making their money. Absolute rip-off.
