Drive Financial poor customer service / questionable phone calls Dallas Texas

I was a customer in good standing with another company for my auto loan. I actually have a pretty good rate and had perfect payment history. My loan was sold to Drive and the experience has been horrible at best. I have received numerous harrassing phone calls (several before 8a and after 8p - even on Sunday!) even though the errors that exist on the account are their fault.

Payments have been mailed in time to arrive before the due date (to avoid excessive phone or net payment fees) and they aren't posting for sometimes up to 2 weeks later. I have asked them to replace my home number with my cell so that they will stop waking the baby, but they are still calling. Also, I have now started receiving calls from an exceptionally rude 'representative' from his cell phone. Their main office is nice when I call, and says they are investigating it, but I can't imagine how it's happening in the first place.

If you have a choice in the matter (which I didn't), avoid them at all costs...
