I bought my wife a car in 1999. The loan went thru G.E capital. When I bought the car I wanted my payments on a certain day at the end of the month. The dealership did all the paperwork and had my payment set up on the 29th of the month. Great I thought. Boy was I wrong the first month my payment was due I get a phone call from G.E. capital with some person you could not understand.

So anyway I told the person that the contract that I have and signed said my payment wasnt due until the 29th of the month. I would make my payment then. well the next day I didnt get one phone call I got 9 of them all the same thing where is the payment each time I explained to them my contract was for the 29th of the month and I would make it then. I called the dealership up (Brown and Brown in mesa az) they told me that they would make a call and inform G.E. that the contract I signed is legal and my payments are to be on the 29th of the month. well that month I made it on the 29th and sure enough I had a 30 day late on my credit the next month. Pissed me off to no end.

I call the company and told them they had to remove it or I would sue. They gave me the run around and nothing changed. They said they moved my payment to the 1st of the month. I told them they could not do that we had a signed contract saying my payments are due on the 29th of every month and it can only change if both parties agree with it and sign a new contract. This has been going on now for 3 plus years and according to them I have 29 30 days late. I have made every payment online and it has been always been between the 25 and the 30 of the month. Also found out they didnt post a single payment until after it had cleard my bank.

Now they send me letters saying that my payment is over 500 dollars becasue of all the late fees. Everytime I talk to them I get the same thing well call this number and talk to this person. I have talk until I am blue in the face, I have sent them at least 10 copies of the contract and still nothing. They have trashed my credit to no end. And for what becuase they say my payment is on this date and I have my contract that says another date. I get phone calls that start at 7 am all they way until 10 pm at night everyday including sunday. Now I let the machine get the calls and they never leave a message. They swear up and down they do. The last 10 letters I have gotten all say that if I dont pay them in 48 hours they are going to take the car. I call them and tell them come take it. It is going to look real bad on you when I go to court and show the judge the contract that shows the 29th and you repo a car before the payment was due.

they have call twice just in writing this letter. Need help Dont know where to go for help on this. I have called everyone but they all say call this place.
