GE Capital Auto Ripoff Financial

I have a complaint about the above named company. I leased a vehicle that was "financed" through them. I turned the vehicle in, in 8/2001. This was early termination of my lease, you see, I was tired of them screwing up my payments and not applying them to my account in a timely fashion, etc., not to mention the rude and inconsiderate phone operators who never seemed to be able to speak an understandable form of the English language. The car dealership where I originally leased the vehicle agreed to pay my early termination fees and let me BUY a vehicle. It is now January 7, 2002 and I am still fighting with GE Capital, as they state that I "have to have possession of the vehicle as we do not know where it is" even though the dealership has all the signed documents where my lease was terminated without and debt owed on my part. To make matters worse, the dealership cut GE Capital a check and some sort of clerical error occurred and this was not posted on my account. Even though the dealership has faxed them copies of the check, they still insist that I owe thousands of $$$ on this danged lease vehicle. If you are reading this right now and are contemplating doing business with GE Capital, DON'T DO IT!! They won't even let me speak to a supervisor each and evety time that I call. They are rude and need some Mrs. Manners courses, not to mention and English class or ten.
