Hann Financial Services Corporation Carol Escandel Hann Financial Lease Return Rip Off and Theft of Services Jamesburg, New Jersey

A 2008 Mercedes Benz C300 was leased through Hann Financial for a term of 39 months. Lease payment where made promptly and in full with the mature date of September 2011.

Car was returned August 22, 2011, 3 weeks earlier than the maturity date. Hann was notified and intern they notified Top Dog  Auto Transport to schedule an appointment for pick up.

Top Dog appointment date was not credible and numerous calls had to be made to get a specific time and date. Car was inspected and picked up eventually by Top Dog Auto Transport and I was given a receipt for this car.

I received an statement on 8/25/11 from Hann Financial stating :   Amount Due From Customer   $0.00

As of September 28, 2011 I received a bill in the amount of $450 which according to a rep is for the pick up of this vehicle. I stated that I have an invoice from Hann stating "zero "and "no payment is due."  The rep denied any of this and conjured up some excuse saying they never sent out a statement when in fact I have the original one on file. I asked to speak to their legal department.

I was transferred Carol Escandel who spoke with me regarding this incident. She portrayed herself as a Lawyer and led me to believe she was a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. It was not till the close of the conversation that she finally admitted she was  a secretary / paralegal.

Overall the representatives that are employed at Hann are un-professional, dis-respectful and just plain nasty. Hann Financial has numerous complaints and lawsuits filed against them.
