Household Auto Finance ripoff San Diego California

I make my monthly loan payment on the fifth of each month to Household Auto Finance, without fail, by check over the phone. Today my co-signer was called by Household Auto Finance by one of their rude representatives, and told that the payments have been late every month, and that the current month's balance had not been made. The representative at Household harrassed my co-signer until she hung up on her.

When I found out about this, I immediately called Household Auto Finance back. I gave them my payment confirmation number which they had given me on the fifth when I paid! It was in their computer system the entire time, and the hassle my co-signer was put through could have been avoided. Even after multiple calls to them, I still haven't found out why my car payments, made on the fifth, aren't 'posting' until the 20th!
