Long Beach Acceptance Corp. ripoff, I went on vacation so I paid them in advance over the phone, then they repoed my truck anyway. Los Angeles California

I used Long Beach Acceptance Corp. as my loan holder. I made payments for 2 years and informed them that I was going on vacation and gave them checks over the phone, so that my payments would be on time.

When I got back home 45 days later, My truck was gone, as they repoed it. When I called them up they told me that they were trying to reach me because the check routing numbers were in error, well I was on vacation I told them. They were very rude over the phone. They demanded the loan amount and repoe fees. I just told them to keep the truck.

They have idiots working for them, and they have absolutely no manners or respect for their customers. I guess they really needed the truck.
