Long Beach Acceptance ripoff! It's better to purchase a bus pass and a bike than finance a car through LBAC! Los Angeles California

I have dealt with Long Beach Acceptance Corp (LBAC) for almost 60 mos. I had never had problem sending payments across country and they are received on time. With LBAC payment is sent up to a week before due date and never receive until after your due. There address is in the same city.

Recently I paid my car off in December 22, 2003 in advance. I receieved a call on Jan 8, 2004 from LBAC that they have not recieved my payment once again. I spoke to Jason and he told me that if a payment is over $1500, it is sent to another dept for processing. Now 17 days has passed since final payment was mailed, and LBAC will add late fees and other hidden charges. If I had done research before letting this company finance my car, I would have purchase a bus pass and a bike.
