This vehicle was traded in and after 4 years of fighting it, they still have reported it on my credit report as a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. I have contacted them several times, every single time they have been rude to me, and have never corrected the problem. This shows on my credit as still being an open account & that I'm on a "Wage Earner Plan". Shows I still owe full amount. This account. was paid off! I'm trying to buy a house, and this is terribly hurting my ability to do so. Someone help! Is this unfair credit reporting? I have disputed time & time again through the credit reporting agency & every time, Mitsubishi "verifies" that what they have on there is correct, which is TOTALLY 100% FALSE!
