National City Bank Consumer Loan Services ripoff deceit Cleveland Ohio

In 2000 my father filed bankrpcy. He and I had bought a truck for me about two years before this. I was contacted on March 9 2001 and was told that I would lose the truck becuse of him filing. I was in shock and asked how I could keep this from happining. The guy I was talking to said if I paid 1000.00 dollars they would let me keep it and countinue to make the regular payments on since I was in good standings on the loan, having not missed a payment.

On march 15 2001 a tow truck showed up and took my truck, I didnt put up a fight becuse the kid was just doing his job. I called and asked what had happen with the agreement and they said they had no record of any agreement and were going to auction off the truck. National city was to notify me of any remaining balance there was on the loan, I never was contacted and that was that. I figured that they got all there money.

In december of 2003 I checked my credit report and found this 6,679.37 debt owed to national city, so I called and was told that was what was owed on the truck plus almost three years of late charges added monthly. I asked why no one cotacted me and was told some bulls**t about since they cant contact anyone who files bankrupcy and my dad was on the loan that they could not contact me even thought I lived 60 miles from my dad and they knew where I lived becuse I had TWO bank accounts with them since 2002!!!! The only reason they said they began to pursue this was becuse I called to see what was going on and why no one cotacted me, they now were really going to screw me.

I now must come up with this money buy febuary 29 2004 of face a court date in Ohio. You must remember that march 15 would be THREE YEARS since they took and sold my truck! They want there money yet I cant get a loan becuse this is on my credit report, so I guess at 26 years of age having no criminal record National City is to take me to court and I will end up in jail Because I cant get a loan and my dad can't help becuse of the bankrupcy. Thanks National Shi**, You may want to start giving out a tub of Vaseline with your loans so the screwing doesn't hurt so bad!!!!!!!!
