Prestige Financial - Larry Miller Honda Harrassment on my family and friends and lying to me about me having a grace period. I should have called them using a pay phone! If you can even find one these days! Constant harrassment to me,work,family and friends by using their phones to make payments. Lying about my grace period Salt Lake City Utah

Hi,I'm Timothy and want to tell all my storey. In 2005 I bought a car from Larry Miller Honda. Not having great credit I was able to get financed with Prestige Finance. Not knowing anything about them I agreed since they were willing to finance the car  I wanted. On my contract which is in front of me now, I signed it stating that I have a 10 day grace period before any late fees applied.                                                                                   

   Things were ok till 2007 when I had my payment due date changed from the 18th to the 15th. After a few month's my pay days changed to the 15th. I tried to change it back and i was denied even with them knowing the situation. Which that meant I couldn't mail it till the 16th. I started getting calls on the 14th demanding their money! I alway's mailed my payments since I don't have any credit cards. My girlfriends mother offered to pay over the phone with her card and I just give her the cash so they got there on time. Boy! wrong idea, it's been a nightmare ever since I let her do that and when she wasn't available on some month's my girlfriend would use her card. Since it's not my credit card they had to speak with the card holder and asked for all their personal info.                                                                         

     That's when it all started and only got 10 times worse when I got a new account manager by the name of "Greg" he is my living nightmare for almost 2 yrs. now. He calls my work place,my girlfriend,brother,best friend,and my girlfriends mother. None of these numbers were given to him he kept them all from me using their phones to call or make a payment. He calls my girlfriends mom starting on 14th each mo. its not even due till the 15th! Her mother has told him several times that she has nothing to do with it. He still calls, so she threatens to get him for harrassment. He still calls, He even had a female call her once on her home phone and the female asked do you know Tim? Angerly she answered no! The female then asked, can I talk to Ron....? that being her husband she told the female no! And explained the situation again and telling her not to call again. The females response was, Why did you tell me that you didn't know Tim when I asked you? Can you believe that? making her look like some big lier! The last call she told Greg my attorney will be calling you! His response, OK! It topped it off when Greg called and left mess since the 14th on my girfriends phone with threats and demanding her to tell him where the car was. Yesterday Greg called her from a local number and demanding she tell him where thier location was, she being upset yelled telling him stop calling her phone and hung up. Greg called right back demanding to talk over her saying, you tell me and I'll stop calling you. She once again hung up. Greg called right back again, stating the same thing, she this time said, I'm calling the police and hung up. Greg didn't call back!

   I wish I could have that on a recorder! I'm so done with this jerk! Who do they think they are? You want my car for not paying right on the 15th then come get it! I only have 15 payments left but I can't take it anymore! I'm trying to get financed thru else where and I hope it goes through! I feel helpless with this! I do make my payments just not before or right on due date but before the grace period!
