PRI, INC PAYBACK REPO PRI had my car for a week due to reposession after i got my car back i relize they stole everthing i had in my vechicle they even stole my stereo system. theives and cooks thats pri Internet

This report was just brought to my attention by my quality assurance manager whom regularly scans the web for such slanderous issues.

As anyone whom is in the business knows we are required to inventory all personal property at the time of the repossession excluding any that was allowed to be removed at the time of the repossession. We are required to hold the inventory report for a period of at least 7 years. The personal property is then also held in a secure onsite location for 31 days.

Once the vehicle is dropped at our secure storage location it is again inventoried by our yard manager.

We have had no issues with missing property prior to this one. If this issue did arise the person reporting the missing property prior to the 31 days is then instructed to submit in writing a detailed report of the supposed missing items. At which time the report is reviewed by the office manager and then myself. The complaint would then be handled as necessary.

Also we do not remove any item that is secured to the vehicle as well as we do not allow the former owner to remove secured items from the vehicle if they are not redeeming the vehicle.

The vehicle is usually not at our location for more than a 7 day period of time. Once the vehicle leaves our location we are no longer responsible for any item that is secured to the vehicle.

I welcome this person to contact my office and have this handled in the proper fashion as it seems as though it was not up to this point.

Just so we are clear. My car have been in Your possession twice.

the first time my car was repossessed. It was in your possession for one day.

Its was taken on a Wednesday night, your company had it all day Thursday and I came to get my car Friday morning. Wow, your well service bunch on thieves went all through my vehicle in one day. Then they took my radio off and left it on the passenger seat, I guess I return to quick for them to steal it.  And I as far as making trouble, I"m telling everyone about your business antics. I don't condone criminal activity and since PRI want to be the Bernie madoff of car theives, car cons well maybe you should get the madoff treatment.  So every one and any one who well listen. You guys will be a householod name. I will not stop.  All media entries. PRI must stop robbing innocent consumers. When you have a Repo, it hard enough. But a company that abusues people misfourtunes. I am telling everyone and I mean everyone one. and believe me People are shock and disgusted by your antics. Stop making trouble. Wow is that the best you got.         pri had my car twice the first time the rob my vechicle I did nothing and said nothing. This time they had a ball stealing everything,my stereo,

cuting all my speaker wires and distroyin my property so they can steal my items.

this is and outrage and so so many people have been informed and I will continue informing everyone all media all agencie of interest.  And to add more destruction I got my vechicle with the driver side bumber badly damager. So your steal steal people property damage there cars and don't give a damm . well since you have a license to steal, rob, and destroy property the world needs to know of your special license.

and maybe you and your gang can get what you really deserve.

 

PS I know I'm not the only one your gang on theives rob.

Well Chris im sorry that you didn't want to have this matter be handled properly. hopefully when we repo your car next time it will be a better experience for you. Also i have notified my lawyer and he is looking in to the slander contained in this posting as well as the fact that this was posted by the web site without any supporting evidence.

I will again ask that you contact me so we can remedy this situation.

And I also think you may want to list the fact that you assaulted one of my employees and that when you notified the police they told you that your claim was without merit

This is a little off topic but it seems interesting that you have put at least $2,500.00 in a car stereo and whatever else, and can't seem to make car payments. Priority problems?

hi my name is Jimmy. i live in glen cove. i would like to say pay back repo have some of the nicest people working for them. i had a car that was taken. instead of them picking it up and leaving they knocked on my door asked for the keys and told me that i would be able to get my things out. ofcourse at 1am just got up at of sleep i took a few things out. they told me what to do and that was to call the bank. i told them it was repo'd and i had to get the rest of my things out. they took all my things out of my car and had it in a bag. what suprised me was that someone had called me from there office to tell me that there was a pocketbook with 800 and something dollars and that i was in there office so that nothing would happen to it. i asked my wife and she told me how much should have been in there. guess what it was all there to the dollar. im sorry sir but if you think a 2500 dollar radio is cool you must be a young man with no direction in life. im sure if you took that money you could have paid off your car bill. damage to your bumper is not cool. i can tell you that i had a small dent in the drivers door. and it was there before my car was picked up and it was the only thing there when i picked it up. and they told me what to do and say for them to hold my car so it didnt go anywhere. sorry that your music in your car is important then paying your bill. well son good luck. payback repo has my vote for a good well respected company. thank you guys for all your help. god bless you, Jimmy
