Also they are constantly calling my job being unprofessional and rude on the phone to my co workers when the phone is answered. They have my home number and cell phone number, just leave a message. The company's employees are constantly calling my job if I'm so much as a day late with my loan payment. They have my home and cell phone number, all they have to do is call and leave a message. They are rude and ignorant to my coworkers who answer the phone when they call, totally unprofessional. There should be a law that prevents people like that from harassing and individual at their job two and three times a day.

The other concern I have is the attached $61 extra dollars unto my payments without my knowledge. I have full coverage on my vehicle as far as insurance, but this was done without me even being contacted. I know the company has a lot of unprofessional people working for them, but in today's economy to constantly harass some and then add extra money to their account without their knowledge is ridiculous.
