RIGHT HONDA, SHADY CAR DEALERSHIP BUSINESS Scottsdale Arizona

OK My girlfriend Went to get a car from Right Honda in Scottsdale and getting there she told him she had bad credit and didn't have any money down but could come up with money within a month so the salesman tells her that he is going to see what he can do so they start looking at cars and they find a GMC Envoy and he says he can get her in so he says he is going to talk to the banker because they have many banks on site.

She tells him that she has bad credit so don't play with her meaning if he cant get her in it's OK. So he comes back and tells her that they got her approved and puts the keys in her hand. So she comes and gets me because we were signing the papers together. So I go and sign the papers. Never Once did he tell us that that we weren't approved. They give us some gas gift cards that have no funds on them ... that's just the beginning.

So a week goes by and we call about our gas cards and they tell us We were not approved and that we have to bring the car back. This was confusing because they had told us we were approved so I call and start talking to Chris Ross who is the Sales Manager and I tell him that what they are doing is shady business and that i have a better mind to talk to the BBB and the Ripoff report.

So I hang up the phone He calls back and tells me Ohh we must of got disconnected but he needs to ensure that the car is going to be returned. So I call back and I ask him why he was insinuating that I am a car thief. I tell him him that I will be reporting him and he tells me if I report him that he is going to post my credit score online to discredit me. (which is illegal) he tells me that he can live with conducting bad business. take into consideration that i have two baby's and this is AZ weather.

He again tells me that if I want to be nasty He can be nasty as well and starts telling me all theses fee's he is going to rack up and he refused to give us the money we put down on the insurance back. My Girlfriend calls and talks to his manager and syas that she wants to deal with him only and that her boyfriend(which is me) and his sales manager got into a arguement and they says I can be a little hot headed at times, He then starts asking her if I BEAT HER(another way to try to discredit my claim) Personally I don't think that this type of business should be conducted and I think that his superiors should no that their dealership conducts Shady Business.

ps I never did get those gas cards they said they mailed out
