RPM auto sales RPM makes me sick lansing, Michigan

Hi I got my car from RPM Auto Sales in Lansing, mi in march of 2010.. I was told by the sales man that

day we got the car that we had with in 30 days if any thing was wrong with the car to let them know and

they would tell the guys in the back and it would get fixed.. so i did and everything was done had no

problem besides my drives door was half broke and some thing was wrong with my 4x4.. anyways

between spet or oct of 2010 the engine on my car went so we took it in and they got it fixed within 2-3

weeks while wait for it to get done we had what RPM called a loaner car well that loaner car went though

3 tires since they kept on blowing up.. and after getting the truck back getting a new- used engine in it

about 2- 3 weeks later the bottom half of the engine went while my boyfriend was driving it down the

highway with my kids and brother in it... we had to wait 1 week to get a so call loaner car while we had

that loaner car a rod went though the oil pan making the car go on fire my boyfriend was driving that

down the highway with one of my kids in it when it happend.. my boyfriend called 911 and everything to

let them know what happend then call RPM to let them know and then who ever from RPM told my

boyfriend to give him a call back the next day for a loaner car... my boyfriend would call every day to get

a car so he could go to work but they would tell my boyfriend that the loaner car was not ready intill

almost a week came by we got a loaner car and we haven't had it that long now and we still have it and i

its in my drive way not starting up and my boyfriend call RPM to let them know what happend and they

are not doing nothing about it.. I and my boyfriend feel that the only reason why they stay open is

because any tom, dick or there mother can go in a get a car  I wish something could be done about this

please people lets get together and take them to court so they will get shut down it needs to be done...

my kids cant goto diffent places (docs , dentist and etc) because it was to late for my to call and let them

know I could not make it my boyfriend has almost lost hes job because of RPM... please people lets do

this together Im not asking much besides getting these dumb people a mind of our own...
