This company is the biggest rip off I have ever had to deal with. Before they took over my contract states I have 15 days after my due date to make the payment before late fees will be assessed. They have changed the contract wording to interpret something different. So I have been charged late fee after late fee. Also, I have been making payments for almost four years and I see no difference in my loan balance Their customer services is the worst….everybody is rude including management. This company needs to be shut down for good. I will be talking to a  lawyer.

Simple question...why are you paying late to begin with?  If you don't want late fees then pay on time...what a remarkable concept!
