After I had my auto loan acquired by the great santander, I have had nothing but confusion and discuss.  I  spoke with a representative about the excessive 6,000 dollars that has been added to my balance and I was told that it was late fees, since January 2011, I am seeking information for a class action lawsuit, because we are already having to pay more with the high interest, but when you blatantly take money from someone it is called robbery. It seems as if we will never own these vehicles.

$6000? You Sure Its $6000???

AUTHOR: Jim - Orlando (USA)

Are you sure there's not been some mistake made?  That's alot of late charges!

As far as high interest rates, that's because YOU gave YOURSELF bad credit and as such do not qualify for lower interest rates such as from a bank.
