Sea West Financial ripoff, Can we say "Scandalous" cheated employees and screwed the customers even more Paramount, California

My first encounter with Sea West Financial was a surprise. They had bought my high-risk loan from another Finance company; Lee Co. Funding, again to my surprise. I did not recieve a phone call from either companies, just a short letter from Sea West financial entailing that I was late on this months payment and I was to send my payment to them. Woa, wait a second! First of all, Who are you, and secondly what idiot is going to send hundreds of dollars without some kind of reputable bill or statement!?!

After calling Lee Co. funding to confirm the business done behind my back, I phoned Sea West Financial and explained that I am not psychic, I did not know I was supposed to send my payment to them, I had already sent out this months payment to Lee Co, and they would have to somehow collect it from them. Well, the unknowledgable do-rep proclaimed that somehow that was my responsibility. I just don't see how a company can get away with such poor business and little respect for the consumer. Why, you would think that the whole shabang is led by a hurd of uneducated yyyes..sssirs and nnno...mmmams. A call would have been nice.

I am 19 years old and am currently working my way through college away from home. I am also responsible for taking care of my 15 year-old sister. I'm barely able to pay for my rent and necessities. Under my circumstances, a reliable car is a necessity yet is also unattainable; thanks to Rip off companies like Sea West Financial. My current vehicle that I am still paying a whopping 29 % interest on is worth less than what I owe, and honestly I don't think it will even last long enough to where I can get the equation to my favor.

I don't mind working for things or struggling a bit. What fun would life be without it, but I don't see how businesses can get away with taking advantage of people like myself who just want a chance to make things right. They aren't "helping us" establish our credit. They're making it so we have to work even harder to even have a ride to work to help tham get richer. This type of cycle is what creates the ever growing gap between the upper class and poverty. Are businesses here for the people, or are the people here for the business?
