The excess wear and tear CONGAME is one of the reasons you should never, ever get into a CAR FLEASE.  No matter however "smart" the salesman says you are for getting into such a deal, the fact is he gets a bigger commission because you gave the dealer much more profit by getting into a FLEASE.

Your point that you gave up the car three months ago is valid.  You did not have the car, you did not drive the car and you didn't even see the car.  Take them to small claims court.  They are trying to SCAM you.
