File a complaint at FTC.GOV as well as any other site about this company.

I am still clueless about how this company has applied payments to my balance. After 3 years with a starting balance of $24k at $540 a month I am told I still owe $19k ??? No representatives will assist you and when I did receive an account summary, I requested an account audit and I was told "we don't do that". You are put on eternal hold when asked for a manager and even if payment arrangements had been made you still recieve threatening messages repeatedly throughout the day. Best practice would be to assist the customer in understanding why and how balances are standing at what the are...but alas once you have signed on the bottom line you are just a payment to them!
