Triad Financial Corp Straight up Lied, Hidden Fees, high Interest, and Rude Unprofessional Customer Service North Richland Hills, Texas

Ok, I am not sure where to even start so here goes.  I was on maturnity leave form work and not being paid, I was told at the begining of the loan that as long as my loan was up to date that I could skip two months payment the life of the loan and add them to the end.  Since I was not being paid I decided to do it.  I called and the lady told me everything went through and I was good to go.  She said all that I needed to do was sign a written agreement and fax it back.  She emailed it to me and I faxed it back the very next day (I also got a conformation saying the fax went through).  Now, today I get a phone call saying that my loan is 20 days late and that I need to make a payment today.   I told her that Sepetembers payment was added to the end and my next payment wasn't due until the 10th of October.  She then became very rude saying well we didn't recive the fax and it was her problem if I couldn't pay my bills. It then got ugly and I told her it's not my fault that they can't due there job and enter paperwork properly.  I asked to speak to some else.  When the other lady got on the phone that sounded just like the last one I spoke to the conversation was the same.  You could hear people in the back gound laughing and making loud rude comments.  Also the interest is crazy high I have already paid $16000 ona $10000 loan and will be paying until next August.  They have added tons of interest to this payment (I have been late before but never over 10 days, it just depended on what day I was paid on).  Is there anything I can do about this?  I would love to say screw it come get the peice of shit car but I don't want it on my credit.  The interest is way to high, there are high fees on everything, and the customer service is terrible.
