Dealing with Triad, aka Roadloans is almost impossible. It is by far the worst comapny I ever had to deal with.

The day after I was approved I recieved a blank check. That caught me off guard. I purchased my vehicle and since then it has been hell. According to them my payments were $239.00 a month. For the first four months I was on time paying that amount. I got a call on the fifth month stating my vehicle was going to be reposessed if I did not come current with the balance. Turns out my payments were actually $239.96. For the extra 96 cents short every month they decided that was enough to repo my vehicle. I paid the extra $4.84. They had the balls to charge me late fees which added up to be much more than $4.84.

No one can tell me the true interest rate nor will they fax me any contracts they have on me. They are hiding something.

Because of the economy and my layoff from work I have not paid in 3 months. The first guy said pay $239.00 (not even the real amount), the second guy said I had 15 days to pay $514.00 and the supervisor said I had to pay $1184.00. What the hell is going on? It does not seem like anyone knows what they are doing there.

Now my vehicle is in the process of being tracked down by the repo man. They have been looking for it for over six months. They screwed me so now I got mine! Good luck trying to track down the car over 150 miles away from where I really am. They dont know where I live, they dont know where I work, they dont have any of my bank info cause I cancelled my account and now I changed my phone number. Good luck with the man hunt triad!
