The payment on our vehicle is outragious, what we were had to finance was a rip off as well. We purchased a 2006 Ford Taurus that should have cost us no more than $12,000. We financed almost $20,000 through Triad. We have had a problem with our finances and are one month behind on the payment and one day after it is due they call, no real person is on the other end of the phone, always a recording, if they leave a message it is a recorded one, and they call more than 5 times a day. I counted 11 times one day alone. They won't talk to me, they want to talk only to my husband, and I just don't answer the phone at all anymore.
They are horrible to work with. We asked for an extension on the loan and they refused to give us an extension, and we automatically pay the late fee when we have made the payment. This company should be shut down, or someone running the company should have to be evaluated for the scam that they are pulling on everyone. If there is a law suit going on against them, we want to know. Owning that 2006 Ford outright would be wonderful at this time.

You are late, 1 month by your own admission. Triad is a horrible company to deal with when you're not late on the payment. But in all honesty, you signed the contract to pay 20K on a 12K automobile. They are not required to give any extensions, they are a finance company that deals with people who have problem credit, so they treat them like dirt.
Nothing you can do about it, except try to refinance out of that loan.

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED.. HOW MANY MORE PEOPLE ARE THEY GOING TO DO THIS TO. I WISH WE HAD NEVER GONE WITH THIS COMPANY BUT AT THE TIME IT WAS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT WOULD FINANCE US.. I REGRET IT EVERYDAY.. THEY ARE TRULY EVIL
