TRIAD FINANCIAL CORPORATION I have been trying to get an extension since February 2006 ripoff HUNTINGTON BEACH California

I have have been trying to get an extension for about 3 months with Triad Financial so that I can get myself back on track. Triad Financail Employees are all about get there commisson at the end of the month.

Well this is how it first started. One of there employees name Tony called me because I'm behind in my car payment I told him that I was eligible for an extension and he was very rude in tell me that I wasn't which I knew I was. Then he was tell me that I need to do a check by phone and I told him I did not have any check on me and he was telling me to call the bank to get my routineing number. and I told him no and he was screaming at me on the phone and I ask him to let me speak to his supervisor.

and this guy and Lance came on the phone and he told me that he was a supervisor but later on I found out that he was not a supervisor so I called the office to make a complaint against Lance and I could not get anyone to help me make this complaint. This other employee name John M has help me a great deal and he has tried to get me the extension and no one for the extension department had e-mail me.

Then this lady name Laura called me telling that I need to pay the $25 dollar for the extension in which John M. had wavied it for me agian I did not get my extension now I still behind in my car payment and still waiting for the e-mail. This company has very bad customer service you may find one good person to help. You can't find anyone to make a complaint too and everyone plays like there a supervisor. I know if I did that in my company I would be fired. So yes Triad is a ripoff Corporation and I want to know who is running this company and who is the CEO.
