United Auto Credit Corp. UAC HARASSMENT. Unprofessional, rude, threatening, feel hunted Marlborough,ma Massachusetts

where do I begin? I bought a 2002 ford f 150 from a privet dealer near Boston,MA. he said he could get me financing. so i went for it . My credit was a little messed up. but not really that bad. I got 21%. they said look around u wont find any better with "your score" I was being made an example of.? i should have known better. i have never been more than 2-3 days late on a payment.

I had filed for an extension in june due to loss of employment. but as soon as it came time for payment. the calls. every day starting at 9 am. 5 calls a day. and then they started harassing my fiance. and now today they called my fiance's grandfather in Florida. dont ask me how they got his number?? the things they say to her on the phone. tell your BF to pay his bills. then i call them back to talk. they say where is our money. give us the address were gonna come get the truck today if u dont pay. they ask my fiance to make the payment with HER credit card. call me a deadbeat. im 3 days late. then they tell me that if they come and repo the truck i still have to pay the loan. I would like to file a class action lawsuit....please if anyone has info..they must be shut down...
