I have opened account with United Auto Credit 3 years ago and have never been more then a week late with my payments. Even though the interest rate is more than 22% I was desperate so I went with this company.

The harrassing phone calls start the day before its due (to my work, to my home as well as my references) and they continue until the payment is in their hands.

I am paying off my loan this month, more than a year early and have spoke to a few people with the company about this. Well payment was due 9 days ago and I am waiting for my refund. My family and I have received more than 25 phone calls at work and at home. I have told them multiple times I am paying it off THIS WEEK.

I am happy to pay it off and NEVER deal with this company again. I just hate to have anyone else deal with what I have. BUYER BEWARE!
