Okay, So I understand that you have to make your payments, however after I bought my Car, I ended up having to have three surgeries that caused me to go behind on my payments, each time I got behind, I worked with Wells Fargo to catch up.  The last surgery, I ended up being out of work for two months without pay. Naturally I had to keep up on my house first. Wells Fargo said they understood and would work with me.  I made the payments I promised, and thought that I was ok because Wells Fargo quite calling me...  The begginning of this month, I agreed to terms with Wells Fargo to make a one thousand dollar payment on October 1st, Novermber 1st, and December 1st, which they said would put me one month ahead.

15 days later, I got a phone call from the Repo department, and the first thing out of the Melissa's mouth was Hello There is a problem with your acount. I said, I know I have already worked out a plan with Wells Fargo.  She answered, Sir this is Wells Fargo, and I am calling you to tell you that any agreement you have with Wells Fargo is now Null and Void. I asked why, and She said, Sir, you know that your payments have been very inconsistant, and not very good. I said I know, and I have already worked this out with your company, and explained everything.  She then said: Sir did you not hear me, anything you have agreed upon with us is now null and void! I said I didn't understand.  She then explained that Wells Fargo had made a mistake 5 months back and had pulled 1600 dollars from someone elses account, and that because of that mistake, I was now 5 months behind on my payments, and that I had to have known that I didn't make those payments.

I tried to explain that I had had no idea that those payments had even been made to the account, and she cut me off by being very rude, and again implying that I was a thief. She then said, that since the agreement I had come to with them was now null and void, they required a 3800 dollar payment that day. she then asked if there was any way I could take care of the payment that day. I said no, I didn't have any money. Three days later, the car was taken from my drive way... The next day I went to the nearest Wells Fargo Branch, and closed my account. I will NEVER deal with Wells Fargo Again!!!!! All they had to do was work with me, since they are the ones that made the Mistake, I would have been happy to catch up on my payments now that I am back to work full time.

Buyer Beware, if you are trying to get financing for an automobile, and they mention Wells Fargo Auto Finance, This is not a company you want to be involved with, I promise.
