Wells Fargo Auto Finance Waiting for vehicle title for 11 months and counting Phoenix Arizona

Wells Fargo Auto Finance is a scam! I made the final payment on my truck on June 2, 2008, and still have not recieved the title! Their customer service is terrible, and they are the most incompetent people I have ever done business with. I have called them repeatedly trying to get them to send me my title, and each time, they blame its' loss on a different entity. At one point, they even tried to charge me lost title fees, even though I have never had the title! Sometimes they refer me to the local DMV, and other times they promise to send it, but it never comes. I confirm my address every time I call to ensure that it is not being misdirected.

At this point, I desperately need to sell the vehicle. I have wasted scores of hours on the phone with them, to no avail, and the truck is useless to me without the title. I can not register and insure it, so I can not use it. I have to borrow my sister's car or take a bus to work because of this mess. It has been very frustrating, and I will never deal with these people again.

It is outrageous to have to wait a year for a title! It is costing me money every day that I don't have it. I don't know what to do!
