the car was repoed I cosigned for my daughter she didn't tell me she got behind on pymts I pd. to get it out of storage pd. loan up to date then pd loan off put they never gave me a clear title I lost the phone # but that was a waste of time anyway always got a voice box of some nitwit derrick an he never called me back so I CAN'T SELL OR TRADEIN THE CAR

titles in missouri

I recently went through a similar issue and I found out in the state of misouri you are not sent a title when you complete paying off a loan. The title is given to you when you first purchase the vehicle. The leinholder does not hold on to the title. I would reccomend going back and looking at the original paperwork for the car and you should find the title. Otherwise you just have to pay a small fee at a local license bureau to get a copy
