My wife and I had to file for bankruptcy do to medical bills, However we decided to pay off our truck through WFS Financial even though we were not required to. It has been over a month and still no title. Their excuses are "WFS had the wrong address"(hmm...three years of payments and you have the wrong address?)"WFS sent it electronicly via the DMV"(nope,DMV said they havn't received it)"The account was wrong on your check"(we used the same account number for three years).

As you can see, WFS Financial is in business of deception, even to those customers who go above and beyond to be honest and do the right thing.

Paid off car in Sept. Now Jan and still waiting for title! Heard all the same excuses!
