AIG Auto Insurance ripoff blackmail and dishonest from the poor Auto Insurance company Wilmington Delaware

1. Dishonest behavior of AIG: I called AIG to ask for a quote for a change of a car, and I was told that no change for the promium. But AIG sent me a bill asking for more money. I called AIG and was told that they can't guarantte what they said; So how can I trust a company who can't keep its words or policy?

2. Blakmail behavior of AIG: AIG sent me bills asking for paying the "previous balance" AFTER I BOUGHT Auto insurance form ANOTHER company when my AIG auto insurance expired. I called AIG and was told that I NEEN TO call them to cancel their renewal that I NEVER asked for. I told them that it's ridiculous to be asked to pay for the insurance that one never asked for. One AIG representative said that it's AIG policy TO DO SO! Then I didn't hear from AIG for about HALF YEAR before they sent me letter to pay attentation on AIG issue, otherwise, AIG will send my account and info to a collect company. Is it fair to let someone pay money one something that one NEVER asked for or used??? I am going to fight with AIG, althouigh it takes time/energy.
