i had been hit in a parking lot it was clearly the other cars fault i had witness and the police where call but they would not write a Ticket on private property they did write a report when allstate found out that the car that hit me had Allstate Auto Insurance they stop everything my AGENTS & PERSONAL FINANCIAL REPRESENTATIVES CINDY CHIPMAN would not help me so now i have a car i can not drive i had to buy an old beater to get to work so if i were you i would stay away from Allstate Auto Insurance i had been with them for years took my money then left me out in the cold

Sue the person who hit you.

You need to sue the person who hit you for your damages. When they get served the summons for court, watch how fast he/she calls his/her insurance agent to find out why they didn't pay.

The person who hit you is responsible to make you whole. You should check the laws in Utah, if they are similar to the vicarious liability laws in NY, you can also sue the OWNER of the vehicle that hit you.

Talk with a competent attorney and file your lawsuit against the person who hit you ASAP.
